Upon arrival, Transfer to a beach hotel in Negambo , visit a fishing village or at leisure in the beach.
After the breakfast, Leave to Nuwara Eliya which will be a fairly long drive of around five hours.
After having an early breakfast, drive to Horton Plains which was designated as a
wildlife sanctuary in 1969 and because of its biodiversity value, was elevated to a National Park in 1988.
The Peak Wilderness Sanctuary, which lies to the west, is contiguous with the Park. At an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level,
It spreads across over 3,169 hectares of the highest tableland of the island.
Vehicles are prohibited inside the Horton Plains National Park, therefore we can offer wildlife observations on foot.The Park is home to a wide variety of flora (57 species, 29 endemic to Sri Lanka) and 24 species of mammal such as elk, deer, giant squirrel, wild boar, wild hare, porcupine and leopard. For bird enthusiasts, there 87 species (14 of which are endemic), including many migratory birds. The Plains also feature many interesting attractions such as Bakers Falls, Chimney Pool and the famous World’s End which 3700 ft sheer drop that offers fabulous views of the tea estates
From Nuwara Eliya you will drive down to Yala, a national park where you have a couple of nights to maximize your chances of seeing the leopard and sloth bear of the area and it has the highest density of leopard in Asia. It is also a beautiful area with a deserted beach. You will also enjoy Jeep safaris which are interesting safaris and you are likely to see spotted deer, wild boar and wild elephant in addition to a wide variety of birds.
Here you can visit the Elephant Transit Center and also bird and animal sightings which should be different to your previous experience.
You can walk with a nature lover into the rain-forest where you will explore a wide range of wildlife, including some wonderfully exotic insects and endemic species of bird.It is considered as a biodiversity hotspot in Sri Lanka with international significance and has been designated a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Thereafter proceed to Bentota where you will be spending the rest of your holiday at a one place visiting and enjoying various beaches and making interesting guided visits to nearby attractions, relaxing at spa. You also can enjoy many different water sports activities such as speed boat and jet ski riding, wind surfing, boogie boarding, water skiing, kite surfing, to a leisurely ride on a banana boat for the family & kids.
leave to Negombo via Colombo in order to be closer to the Airport.After having lunch in Colombo, you have a chance to see Buddhist, hindu temples, mosque , Cinnamon Gardens, Independance square, Dutch church, BMICH hall etc. and If interested you may do shopping in Colombo.
